Miss Chu @ Sydney Opera House Kitchen - Restaurant Review

Next time you’re at the Sydney Opera House and feeling a bit peckish, grab an order of the Vegan Rice Paper Rolls with organic tofu, sauteed shitake, enoki and shimeji mushrooms ($7.50) from the Miss Chu tuckshop. They’re well-presented, made up of high-quality ingredients, and come with a lovely dipping sauce. And kudos to these guys for clearly marking them as “vegan” on the menu!

These tend to sell-out early, but if you’re lucky enough to get some before they do, they’re a great little snack t to nibble on while overlooking Sydney’s iconic Opera House and Harbor Bridge.
